  • Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping charges are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Right of Withdrawal

  • Statutory Right:
    You hold a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the contract for online digital content, without providing a reason. Notify us of your decision to cancel through the instructions provided in “1. How do I make a return?” or by accessing your Buda Basket account Upon cancellation, an acknowledgment will be promptly communicated to you via email or in-app notification.
    To meet the cancellation deadline, send your request before the 14-day period expires and return the goods within 14 days of submitting your return request. For further details, contact our Customer Service.
  • Voluntary Return Guarantee:
    In addition to your statutory withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary return guarantee on EVERY order within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that each item is returned in the same condition as received – new items must be unused, undamaged, and complete, while used items must show no new signs of use or damage.
  • Exceptions:
    Both the statutory right of withdrawal and our voluntary return guarantee do not apply to certain products (unless defective), including but not limited to:
    Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed after delivery.
    Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if unsealed after delivery.
    Goods made to customer specifications or customized to personal needs.
    Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
    Fully performed services acknowledged and accepted before placing the order.
    Digital content is not supplied on a tangible medium if delivery has started with your express acceptance.
    Newspapers, journals, or magazines (excluding subscription contracts).
    Alcoholic beverages with an agreed price, deliverable after 30 days, and subject to market fluctuations beyond our control.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned items show signs of use or damage not due to Buda Basket’s error.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Certain items, such as gift cards, defective, unopened packages, are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, colour, or size, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order. Please contact our customer service through email or live chat in case of any inconvenience.

Important Notice
  • Return Address Clarification:
    Please be aware that the sender’s address on your package is NOT the designated return address. Sending the return package to the sender’s address may lead to delays in processing your return. Ensure you only dispatch your return package to the address specified on the provided return label.
  • Mindful Return Package Contents:
    Exercise caution to exclude any unintended items in your return package that you do not wish to return. In the event of accidental inclusion of a wrong item, promptly reach out to our Customer Service for assistance. While we cannot guarantee the retrieval of misplaced items, we also do not retain or provide refunds for such items.
  • Legal Conformity Guarantee:
    As per applicable laws, customers have a specified timeframe from product delivery to invoke the legal conformity guarantee concerning defects or hidden issues with the delivered products. If you encounter such issues beyond the initial 0-day window, please contact our Customer Service for guidance and support.
