How will I be refunded?

At Buda Basket, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we aim to exceed your expectations at every step.

1. Card Payments:

  • For orders paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds are initiated promptly upon receipt of returned items and may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.

2. Bank Transfer Payments:

  • Orders paid via bank transfer are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Refunds to bank transfer payments are not available.
  • Customers who wish to return items paid via bank transfer can opt for an exchange or receive store credit or coupons equivalent to the purchase amount.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Cash on delivery orders are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Refunds to cash on delivery orders are not available.
  • Customers who wish to return items purchased with cash on delivery can opt for an exchange or receive store credit or coupons equivalent to the purchase amount.
  • Returns for cash on delivery orders must be accompanied by the original receipt and the item in its original condition.

4. General Refund Conditions:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be refused for items that do not meet our return policy criteria.
